So I come back to my blog after weeks... to write about shoe liners? That's right!! I got these babies at ShopBop because I have gross sweaty feet and it feels gross in my Toms. Well now I'm going to have to get five more pairs as these are currently living in my new leather sneakers! They're washable, anti-microbial, and just $19!

Heading to Los Angeles!

It's official! I am moving full time to the City of Angels next month! So much excitement, no more snow!! I'm completely broke from all the moving expenses coming up... but I can at least dream about a perfect LA wardrobe, yes?

I love this video. I know there's been some controversy over it, but I love how these girls express themselves while still practicing their faith. I feel like Islam is a very foreign and kinda scary concept to many Americans, and I love how these girls show how fun and and every day they are.

iPhone Backup Battery

I love when fashion meets tech, but why's everything gotta be for Apple? My Droid could use some love too! But I do have an iPhone too, so mayhaps I will treat myself to this super cute back up battery from J. Crew for $40, which also comes in leopard, hot pink and polka dots!

Shake It Out

Many of you know I dance, but not sure how many of you know the type of dance I do! Well, I'm coming out - I've been a pole dancer for a few years and I recently performed a very special routine. I worked on it to help me get through some of the toughest parts of my divorce, to let me know it's ok to get down but that, in the end, things will work out. I hope you enjoy watching it!

72-Year-Old Models For GrandDaughter's Teen Fashion Boutique

Pretty sure the title says it all! This insanely fabulous grandpa, Liu Xianping, models fashions from a teen fashion boutique in China, Yuekou. One of the owners is his grand daughter - um, best grandpa ever!

Sales have gone up five times since, and he's becoming a bit of an Internet celebrity! "Modeling for the store is helping my granddaughter and I have nothing to lose. We were very happy on the day of the shooting. I'm very old and all that I care about is to be happy," he told a journalist. I just want to eat him up!

He often does his own styling and sometimes wears wigs, though I prefer without because then he reminds me of Karl Lagerfeld.

Zebra Hide Beach Towel

This "hide" beach towel has got to be the chicest, most unique one I've ever seen!! I'm not usually for expensive pool accessories, but it is on sale and the orange is already sold out... apparently those are two reason to make me want to spend more money! Buy at Les Nouvelles for $158.

The Carrie Diaries

I knew there were plans for The Carrie Diaries, the prequel teen novel to Sex in the City, but I didn't realize it went from movie to CW TV show! I admit, this is probably a smart move, especially since Gossip Girl's next season will be its last! Luckily the GG's costume designer, Eric Daman, was will to go back to his roots (he pretty much got his started out working on Sex in the City) and has signed on for this new show. Hooray for fashion fixes!

Now I was still concerned as I'm personally not the biggest 80s fashion fan, but they released this promotion still and it's got me a bit excited:

Obviously this was a few years ago, but you can see that my ridiculous taste in sunglasses has been around for a bit! Hmm, any eyewear companies need a blogger endorsement? I think I'm your gal!
